What is the typical lead time for a custom sofa?

Since each piece is handcrafted to your specifications, custom orders typically take 8 to 12 weeks for production and delivery.

Do you offer fabric swatches before I purchase?

Yes, we offer complimentary fabric and leather swatches. You can order up to five samples through our website to see how they look in your home's lighting.

What are your delivery and assembly options?

We provide a White Glove Delivery service which includes room-of-choice placement, full assembly of your sofa, and removal of all packaging materials.

What is your return policy for furniture?

Standard items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition. Please note that custom-made or 'Made to Order' sofas are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged.

Do your sofas come with a warranty?

All SCP sofas come with a 10-year structural warranty on the frame and a 2-year warranty on upholstery and cushioning against manufacturing defects.

How should I maintain and clean my new sofa?

We recommend professional cleaning for deep stains. For daily maintenance, vacuum regularly with a soft brush attachment and rotate cushions weekly to ensure even wear.
