  Carefully repackage your sofa in its original protective materials to ensure it remains undamaged during transit back to our warehouse.

  Schedule Pickup

  Our specialized furniture logistics partners will contact you within 48 hours to arrange a convenient time for professional curbside or in-home collection.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned piece, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
